TourRound

Terms of Service

Version 2026-10-17, effective October 17, 2026

Early version for the casual scorecard trial. It describes what TourRound does today and has not been reviewed by a lawyer. It is not legal advice.

These terms explain how you may use TourRound.

What TourRound is

TourRound is a tool for scoring golf rounds and running golf events. It has a casual scorecard mode for friends who play together and tools for people who organize tournaments.

This is an early version of the service. Features can change, and the service can be unavailable at times.

Your account

You need an account to host a casual round or to organize an event. Players who open a scorecard link or enter a round code do not need one.

Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for what is done with your account.

Adding other people

If you add other people to a round or an event, you enter their names and handicaps. Only add people who know you are doing it, and enter the details as accurately as you can.

Scores, handicaps and expenses shown in TourRound are what the host and the players entered. The host is responsible for checking them.

Entry fees

When an organizer collects an entry fee through TourRound, the payment is made with Stripe. TourRound records whether a payment was received. The event rules and any refund decision are the organizer's.

Using TourRound properly

Do not use TourRound to harass anyone, to enter details about a person who would not expect it, to get into rounds or accounts that are not yours, or to interfere with the service.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change they get a new version and a new effective date. The next time you sign in you are asked to accept the new version.

TourRound keeps a record of which version you accepted and when.
